September 28, 2020: Tragic construction accident leaves one worker dead in Washington, D.C.
According to a police report, a construction worker on a job site was “struck in the head by a metal object.” The accident occurred in the early hours on September 28, 2020 at 601 Independence Ave SW and resulted in “very critical life-threatening injuries.” Sadly, after being transported to a nearby hospital, the construction worker succumbed to his injuries.
